Returns

We want you to love your Anomaly purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. For online purchases, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

Returns requested after 14 days may still be accepted for store credit only, at Anomaly's discretion, provided the item meets all return eligibility requirements.

To start a return, please click here. Returns must be approved before being sent. Approved returns will receive instructions on how and where to ship the item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different size or color is to return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved returns requested within 14 days of delivery will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund. Approved returns requested after the 14-day return window will be issued as store credit only.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
